Batman and Joker - - better (criminal) living through Chemicals: Actually I wonder why Arkham House isn't one big pharmaceutical outlet, with all of the crazy people locked up there. This era believes so totally in drug induced results, I'm surprised it hasn't really penetrated comic books, with a few notable exceptions.
