Sekowsky and Giordano Cover art from Wonder Woman #191 - 1970

It's a fairly dynamic cover for the early 1970s DC Comics. But why is she reminding the reader about the power-loss reboot of the character, had too many not noticed? Diana Prince hasn't forgotten her situation, she's trying to get acclimated to being without funds or powers, so the cover seems to be off in another level entirely of exposition.
