Rapid inks and expressionist brush work distinguish this comic book. The story itself is straight forward and is in the same style, with all capital letters and elipses ending and starting many sentences:

"These unique organisms would serve harmoniously...

...harmoniously.

And if their anger at the old world persisted...

...harmony... and the tenants of glorious membership in society...

...would be installed manually.

So would rise the V-EIGHP...

...and others..."

The V-eighp, the 'Gearheads' and the character "The Headlight" all live in a ravaged future world of violence, chaos and revolution brought about by automobile-based warfare, and odd clan-like groups seeking leadership or control.
