Frank Cho uses carefully controlled inking and a general precision with anatomy, as in this January 2006 (cover date) image for New Avengers. Cho uses heavy blacking for the suit delineations, but otherwise his usual lightly rendered outlining is present, leaving plenty of space for color to fill in the image.
Something I've always admired about Cho is his insistence upon accurate anatomy, which might seem odd considering his preponderance of images of heavily-breasted female heroes. But in fact, Cho uses an anatomical proportional ideal that's not much removed from reality - - compare, for example, how he draws Red Sonja's tibia for the cover of issue one of "Savage Red Sonja Queen of the Frozen Wastes."
