This cover reminds me of the older DC Comics of the late-60s through early 80s, in which the marketing idea was to pose a
question on the cover that the reader would naturally want satisfied by buying the comic to then read the answer.

Did the DC Comics cover editor (do they have one?) not notice that Toyman looks a tad different, to say the least, betwixt cover and story?
